A Call for Nominations 2008

[Deadline July 25, 2008]

Nominations for U.S. Banker's 6th annual ranking of The 25 MPWIB, which will appear in the October 2008 issue, are now being accepted. To qualify, a candidate must have a title of senior vice president or higher, and be employed by a bank, thrift, or bank-owned financial subsidiary, division or group.

Institutions can nominate multiple women as long as they are of senior status within the organization; nominees and honorees from prior years are encouraged to participate.

Nomination forms must be completed and returned via e-mail no later than July 25, 2008.

Due to the overwhelming volume of nominations, we ask that institutions work in advance to meet the deadline. All nominations must include the completed form, a management bio, letters of recommendation (optional) and an electronic photo (300 dpi jpg or tiff). Send completed forms and photos to 25mpwib@sourcemedia.com .

This year's honorees will be celebrated at a Black Tie gala on Monday, October 20, 2008, at The Plaza, Fifth Avenue at Central Park South, New York, NY 10019.

Additional events include a wine tasting and dinner for honorees and their spouses, to be held on Sunday, October 19 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., (location to be determined) and the National Leadership Workshop for Women and Champagne Brunch, to be held on October 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Plaza, Fifth Avenue at Central Park South, New York, NY 10019.

Attendance to the National Leadership Workshop for Women is open to all 2007 honorees and other like-titled senior executives. Registration is required..
