As part of U.S. Banker’s commitment to help women executives in financial services change the future by engendering strong leadership, the magazine hosts an annual National Leadership Workshop and Champagne Brunch for The 25 MPWIB honorees and their peers.

The program is designed to enable The 25 MPWIB honorees and other like-titled women executives to share ideas and network on professional, business and management issues in a peer-to-peer, confidential environment.

In prior years, National Leadership Workshop keynote speakers have included Brysam Global Partner’s Marjorie Magner, Barclays’ Deanna Oppenheimer, Aveda’s Marilyn Tam, Wells Fargo’s Doreen Woo Ho, Nationwide Bank’s Anne Arvia, The Sante Fe Group’s Cathy Allen, Wachovia’s Cece Sutton and Capital One’s Lynn Pike.
