Top 25 Non-Bank Women in Finance[Deadline July 25, 2008]Nominations for U.S. Banker's ranking of Top 25 Non-Bank Women in Finance, which will appear in The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking issue (October 2008), are now being accepted. To qualify, a candidate must have a title of senior vice president or higher, and be employed by an investment bank, securities firm, asset management company, private equity firm, insurance company, exchange or any other non-bank financial company. Financial companies can nominate multiple women as long as they are of senior status within the organization; nominees and honorees from prior years are encouraged to participate. Nomination forms must be completed and returned via e-mail no later than July 25, 2008. Due to the overwhelming volume of nominations, we ask that financial organizations work in advance to meet the deadline. All nominations must include the completed form, a management bio, letters of recommendation (optional) and an electronic photo (300 dpi jpg or tiff). Additional events include a private wine tasting for honorees and their spouses, to be held on Sunday, October 19 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (location to be determined) and the National Leadership Workshop and Champagne Brunch, to be held on October 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Plaza, Fifth Avenue at Central Park South, New York, NY 10019. Attendance to the National Leadership Workshop is open to all 2008 honorees and other like-titled senior executives. Registration is required. |
